Enologia Temera is located in the heart of Ribera Sacra. The vineyards are planted on the steep slopes of the River Sil. The bedrock is slate which adds wonderful minerality to these cuvees of 100% Mencia.

(100% mencia) Ruby-red. Powerful dark berry aromas are complemented by an exotic floral quality (wisteria?) that gains strength in the glass. Deep blackberry and blueberry flavors stain the palate and are enlivened by juicy acidity.
