Tasting Notes:Zippity doo dah! Delicate floral aromas zapped with whiffs of snappy citrus. Tangy and tart as a green apple…fresh, clean and racy with spicy hints of the deep blue slate these vines grow in. 100% Riesling, hillside grown in the Mosel. It is delicious by itself, or with seafood kabobs, scallops or trout and its bright acidity tones down the fat in a variety of cheeses or pastas that have a touch of cream.
