Enologia Temera is located in the heart of Ribera Sacra. The vineyards are planted on the steep slopes of the River Sil. The bedrock is slate which adds wonderful minerality to these cuvees of 100% Mencia.

Tasting Note:
Enologia Temera Themera is 100% Mencia sourced from estate-owned vines averaging 45 years of age. Both the 2003 and the 2004 were aged for 8 months in a mix of new and used oak. The 2004 is stylistically similar to the 2003 but lacks the concentration and depth of its older sibling. Nevertheless, it is a fine effort.
