Totus Tuus

Totus Tuus started with the 2007 harvest, with the purpose of making a fuller bodied sparkling wine that shows more complexity than typical Cava, and is capable of aging. Primary fermentation is in stainless steel, followed by secondary fermentation in bottle; aged on the lees in the bottle for 20 months.

The name is a Latin expression, meaning “everything for you” or “all yours”.
